Jennifer brings a history of leadership and client relationships to her role as Director of Key Accounts. As a production coordinator, she has worked with IBM, Lotus, and the Staubach Companies. Outside the world of corporate events, Jennifer has most recently been the President of Precision Systems, Inc., a manufacturing company. In this capacity, she refined employee management and reward systems, developed innovative marketing programs, oversaw tight production schedules, negotiated marketing, distribution and real estate deals, and managed the financial aspects of planning, budgeting and measuring return on investment. Based in our Southern California office, Alissa Walters manages Snap!’s pharmaceutical meetings and has become an expert in the burgeoning gourmet food truck event business. Her legal background proves her to be a rare force in the event planning process. An active member of the California State Bar Association, Alissa brings a legal edge that gives her unique insight into the complex regulations and standards that surround today’s pharmaceutical industry and ever-changing foo truck laws. Alissa also brings years of marketing, creative development as well as artist and film soundtrack advising to Snap! from her tenure at Miramax Films. Whether planning a corporate meeting or a community festival, Alissa is apt to dissect details while keeping a clear focus of the original perspective. Susie is a graphics “guru” who brings meetings, events and interactive marketing tools to life visually.
She specializes in creating media for giant conferences with multiple media surfaces. For these events Susie often works in wide screen formats, which act as both speaker support and environmental set design.
For our overall event support and marketing projects, Susie designs and creates interactive kiosks, web applications, booklets/agendas, signage, name badges and employee premiums.
Susie designs with versatility. She understands when graphic support needs to translate to an audience of one or a crowd of 50,000.
Susie is fluent in Spanish and is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Powerpoint, Keynote, Watchout, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Hayley Martin came to Snap! by way of the Texas Film Commission and The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her degree in Radio, Television and Film and served as a distinguished Governor’s Fellow with the Film Commission.
Her motto “Ready...Set...Action” serves the Snap! team well. Hayley is enthusiastic, smart and all about diving in to support our team and clients. She brings a fresh, youthful perspective to our creative process and is responsible for researching and managing the millions of miniscule details that make Snap! hum.
